Iran’s foreign transit increased this year: Govt. spox
TEHRAN, Aug 01 (MNA) – Government Spokesman said that Iran’s foreign transit surged in the first four months of the current Iranian calendar year in 1401 (from March 21 to July 22).
Ali Bahadori Jahromi made the remarks on Sunday evening and put the volume of foreign transit of the country in this period at about 4.921 thousand tons, showing a 31 percent hike as compared to the last year’s corresponding period.
In his twitter account on Sunday, he wrote that volume of foreign transit of country hit about 4.921 thousand tons in the first four months of the current year, showing a 31 percent increase as compared to the same period of last year.
