Pivot Master Joint برای ارائه راه حلی برتر برای زهکشی سقف شناور بر روی اتصالات چرخان مکانیکی و شلنگ های انعطاف پذیر طراحی شده است. شلنگ های کامپوزیت با سیم فولادی ضد زنگ داخلی و خارجی و چندین لایه داخلی طراحی شده است. سیم های فولادی ضد زنگ هنگام قرار گرفتن در معرض فشارهای داخلی یا خارجی، استحکام شیلنگ را حفظ می کنند. استفاده از لایه های مختلف باعث جلوگیری از نفوذ محصولات از طریق شلنگ و ایجاد سدی 100% مقاوم در برابر معطر می شود. شلنگ کامپوزیت در دو صفحه جانبی فولادی تقویت شده (فولاد گالوانیزه یا فولاد ضد زنگ) محکم می شود. این صفحات جانبی توسط یک پین محوری از جنس استنلس استیل به هم می‌پیوندند که از بوش‌ها و جداکننده‌های فولادی ضد زنگ برای حذف اتصال و اطمینان از انعطاف‌پذیری استفاده می‌کند. کاربردهای Pivot Master Joint شامل، اما نه محدود به، سیستم‌های تخلیه سقف شناور، سیستم‌های مکش شناور و سیستم‌های اسکیمر شناور است. شیلنگ تخلیه انعطاف پذیر: دستگاهی برای حذف آب جمع آوری شده در کف مخزن و باقی ماندن محصول هنگام تخلیه مخزن. همچنین برای زهکشی استفاده می شود آب انباشته شده روی سقف های شناور شرکت کاوندگان سبز کویر با استفاده از فناوری اثبات شده خود کلیه مراحل اعم از محاسبات مهندسی و تعیین تعداد سیستم تخلیه مورد نیاز برای هر مخزن را برای طراحی، مهندسی، ساخت و نصب در محل انجام می دهد. استاد خم انعطاف پذیر: این سیستم تخلیه شامل: لوله های محکم به طول معمول فولاد کربنی و چندین اتصال خنثی انعطاف پذیر به طور خاص برای خدمات زیر آب و نیازهای زهکشی عملیاتی طراحی شده است. Pivot Master: pivot master از یک شلنگ کامپوزیت انعطاف پذیر تشکیل شده است که با استفاده از اتصالات در یک قاب فولادی ضد زنگ ثابت می شود. اجزای Pivot Master با محیط های 100% آروماتیک سازگار بوده و تحمل فشار طراحی بالایی دارند.

Pivot Master Joint was designed to provide a superior solution to floating roof drainage over mechanical swivel joints and flexible hoses. The composite hose is designed with inner and outer stainless steel wire helixes and multiple inner layers. The stainless-steel wire helixes maintain the hose rigidity when subjected to internal or external pressures. Utilizing various layers prevents permeation of products through the hose along with providing a 100% aromatic resistant barrier. The composite hose is secured within two reinforced steel side plates (galvanized steel or stainless steel).

These side plates are joined by a stainless-steel pivotal pin that uses stainless steel bushings and spacers to eliminate binding and assure flexibility. Applications of the Pivot Master Joint include, but are not limited to, Floating Roof Drain Systems, Floating Suctions Systems and Floating Skimmer Systems.

• Flexible Drain Hose:
  Device to remove water collecting at the tank bottom, and product remains when emptying the tank. Also used for draining
  accumulated water on floating roofs.

• Flexible bend Master:
  This evacuation system includes: Sturdy pipes of the usual length of carbon steel and several flexible neutral connections are specifically designed for underwater services and operational drainage needs.

• Pivot Master:
  pivot master consists of a flexible composite hose that is fixed using fittings in a stainless-steel frame. Pivot master components are compatible with 100% aromatic environments and have high design pressure tolerance.
