424-Roof Drain-Pivot Master System

Pivot Master Joint is designed to provide a superior solution for floating roof drainage on mechanical swivel fittings and flexible hoses. Composite hoses are designed with internal and external stainless steel wire and several internal layers. Stainless steel wires maintain the strength of the hose when exposed to internal or external pressures. The use of different layers prevents the penetration of products through the hose and creates a 100% odor-resistant barrier. The composite hose is secured to two reinforced steel side panels (galvanized steel or stainless steel). These side panels are joined by a stainless steel axial pin that uses stainless steel bushings and separators to remove the connection and ensure flexibility. Pivot Master Joint applications include, but are not limited to, floating roof drainage systems, floating suction systems, and floating skimmer systems. Flexible drain hose: A device for removing water collected at the bottom of the tank and leaving the product when emptying the tank. Utilizing various layers prevents permeation of products through the hose along with providing a 100% aromatic resistant barrier. The composite hose is secured within two reinforced steel side plates (galvanized steel or stainless steel).

These side plates are joined by a stainless-steel pivotal pin that uses stainless steel bushings and spacers to eliminate binding and assure flexibility. Flexible Drain Hose:
